Description of the vehicle:

This 1982 VW Vanagon Westfalia has been lovingly and completely redone and extensively upgraded. It may be the finest example to be found anywhere. Recently won the prestigious “Best Camper” trophy at Syncrofest 2019, featured in an in-depth interview with Speedhut Gauges on YouTube (over 400k Views), and also made an appearance in Hot VW’s Magazine this past spring.

Starting with a stock Diesel Vanagon Westfalia Chassis in 2015, systematically repaired and upgraded every system on the Van. From the Engine, to the Transmission, Brakes, Air Conditioning, High Top, Heating System, Cooling System, Suspension, everything has been replaced in the past couple of years. Roughly 46,000 miles since the Van was completed, including a 25,000 mile lap of the US and Canada, from SoCal, to Seattle, NY, Canada, Florida Keys, back to Seattle and British Columbia, and then down to the tip of Baja Mexico and back again. Countless smaller trips in between up and down the West Coast, and all around the Western United States. This Van was built to travel in comfort and style. No expense was spared.

Full details on most of the work done, including extensive write-ups on painting of the Van can be found here on the blog http://www.livethevanlife.com/. Van will be driven and loved until it finds its new owner.
