I am begrudgingly selling my beloved Land Rover that I have had since 2009 but unfortunately due to a change in circumstances I no longer have the time to use it to its full potential as we are on a narrowboat now. You can set up camp with this vehicle in 1 minute with the kettle on, no messing around putting up a roof tent. As you can see from the photos a lot of time and effort has been put into making this vehicle a comfortable overland expedition vehicle and this sort of vehicle can cost anywhere from £45000 – £100000 to build. We have made this vehicle for two people however it could be easily adapted to accomodate four people. The chassis and body has been re-built with new Td5 doors and rust free bulk head, there is no rot on this vehicle whatsoever. The vehicle has:- New heavy duty springs with helpers on the rear Front new brake discs 4 shockers 4 new twin shocker mounts, so an addition 4 shockers can be fitted 17″ predator alloy wheels with cooper discoverer stt 37×12.50×17 with very good tread life left- 15% worn 4 new Td5 galvenized doors bulk head with no rot Talon 12 superwinch with tubeulor winch bumper Centre roof console with cb radio EU and UK Centre cubby box centre clock/switch console front radius correctional arms- upto 4″ 4″ raise on the front and 5″ on the back Camper side of it :- 80L water tank with auto water pump smev sink with black glass top smev 3 burner cooker with black glass top 2 international campingaz cylinders – 1 is full with a quick switch over LED lighting Elsan toilet A second alternator is fitted for the leisure batteries, but needs air conditioning pulley and belt to finish it off. There is a pull out drawer to accomodate upto a 75L fridge freezer. Log/fire wood box or storage on top of vehicle at the rear Two jerry can holders on the rear. Has windows and mosquito netting on pop up roof sides Has had a 300Tdi engine put in with 74000 on it.
